    At what point does the TLR engine really become trully broken in. I have heard something like 10K miles.

    Galfer braided lines throughout, ATRE, UFO tailight, ET79 Undertail and Hugger, 520 16/39 Gold Chain combo, Full Yosh C/F exhuast, Corbin seat, Ohlins Steering Damper, Ohlins Rear Suspension, Tinted Double Bubble Windscreen, Sylvania Superwhites, Yosh Box Remapped and all protected by GORILLA Alarm System

      Engines arent really properly broken in and making full power till about 15,000klms ...so yeah close enough to 10k miles. Thats why it makes me laugh when some guy wont buy a bike with with 20,000klm's on it, as if its nearly worn out or something.

            Hmmm I think I tortured mine enough that it was well and truely broken in before 10K miles.

            I do remember thinking at 3000km (1800miles) and then again at 6000km (~3600miles) that I wonder when this thing will be at it's best because it kept getting stronger and stronger.

              It's broken in as soon as the rings have finished seating witch should be with in the first 100 miles. After that, who knows.
