  • Bitubo TLS SOAS replacement units and custom TLS springs

As many of you know, the SOAS (Spring on a Stick) on the TLS is not rebuild-able. Once it's internal bushings are toast you are done for. A new OEM replacement is no longer available from Suzuki (p/n 62200-02F20-37W). As an alternative to buying a potentially used junk one off Ebay, Bitubo offers a SOAS replacement that is rebuild-able.

Along with the Bitubo SOAS replacement, we can include either the red Bitubo spring (regular or heavy duty) OR we can custom wind you a black spring with an exact spring rate for your riders weight. Given Bitubo only offers 2 springs, many customers have asked for a custom spring so they can dial in their sag correctly.

Pm for pricing on the different options.....

Do you have the reservoir/adjuster brackets available? I bought one used which didn't include those parts.

Yes. They are a special order from Italy...so they take 2-3 weeks to get. PM me for more info.
