The throttle side - all is replaced, including the cable pulley thingy?

Do the clip-ons require Driven bar-ends?

Just guessing you are calling the 'cable plley thingy' the OEM throttle tube. The answer is NO, you re-use your OEM throttle tube. To install any aftermarket grips, you re-use your OEM throttle tube and you must trim all the ribs off the tube. If you've never done it before, have a shop install them for you.

Driven billet clip-ons require Driven bar ends....yes.
