rear break rotor package

First, I love TLzone Hope it come back soon.

A thought came to me, I know I will get rid all of those stock rear rotors.torque arms.calipers. bolts. I gonna do something for my many tillers.

I extremely care about weight.
Tiller rear caliper including pads approx 1050g. Rear rotor 993g(while Gixxer rear rotor 801g).Caliper hanger and torque arm are NOT heavy but kinda ugly& old.

Pls compare to those specs below:
Address 125 one-piston front caliper with pads 630g.
Special ordered semi-floating rear rotor 589g, basic form from gixxer.
Special ordered CNC caliper hanger(torque arm no more needed)

So, for those of you who knows the quality matters most, and I also know price matters most, I start to do something for tillers and tillises.

Aiming at a 1 kilogram weight lost,I will come up with some pixs.
Anybody interest? Pending price?

Interested here. I'd like on one that uses the factory mounting locations, but is lighter and purdier.

hard to make it prettier with that nasty torque ARM hanging their. That said, I might be in if van decides not to do his hanger again, but if he does I am going that route as I have been begging him for months.

Its a PACKAGE including a very high quality and a light-weight fully floating rear rotor heat treated, a single-pot oem small caliper and anodized CNC hanger, two wire-security stainless bolts. .

These aint be expensive, I am trying my best.

The next project is a rider's front seat made with thick aluminum sheet and 4 pieces of stiff foams, for tiller only.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

High quality from Taiwan = does not make any sense. What grade aluminum for the hanger?
