Clear Alternatives led board. I will send it with a wiring diagram. It does not have a plug on the end of the wiring. It has resistors built into the board so this should keep your correct flash rate but don't hold me to that as I have replaced my flasher a long time ago.

Yes, factory screws hold it in place.
