Give me an idea of who wants them and what a fair price would be


been getting a lot of requests for these and I think I'm just going to make up a batch or two.

These are active TREs, 2 second installation, with instructions WITHOUT factory connectors

I want one, but have no fair price to offer, only a wishful thinking you must be dreaming get the heck out of here and don't waste my time price: $2.00. But I really, really want one.

I usually drop em right on the bike for any planet/ zone members that show up to my shop without them. I have just been getting a lot of requests. I have factory connectors but I would rather go to the loom as it is more reliable.

I don't want to cut into anybody's business but I see group buys and places where people are spending way too much for 50 cents in parts.

active tre.. so all you using is a diode.. not a smart tre right?

Active TRE, Smart TRE different words for the same thing.

They automatically turn off in neutral.

Active TRE is a bit of a misdemeanor because the orignal Active TRE (ATRE) was a programmable unit that to be set-up to map different gears to different gears i.e 1-4 to 5th, 5th to 5th and 6th to 6th or all to 6th etc.

Smart TRE is what someone called the automatic TRE.

when I put the circuit up on my website I just called it the Semi Active Tre as it wasn't a full active TRE and I wasn't Smart enough to call it a Smart TRe like someone did when they copied the circuit. (That I copied off etbadger and modded a tad).

I got my info from Steve. So its a transistor based TRE that maps all gears to 4th and turns off in Neutral

Why 4th? I did mine to 6th. You could alway give the option of a on/off switch.

4th, I'm in 4th more than I am in 6th. I made a TRE that does all gears. Of course I can make any gear you want or selectable but there is not much difference
